Radio propagation model

Introduction

This software is a tool to help in the elaboration of radio communication networks. Before implementing a network in the field, it can be used to verify the performance of network radio links. The computer program evaluates if a radio link is possible between two given sites, and provides the performance of that link taking into account:

a. The radio equipment characteristics,

b. The radio wave propagation theory (using the US Institute for Telecommunications Science (ITS) propagation prediction model, better known as the Longley-Rice model (Notes 1 and 2)).
